Hello! I’m Scott Philip.

I’m dedicated to guiding you through every step of your home buying and selling journey. As a third-generation Peninsula resident and second-generation Realtor with 23 years of experience in real estate sales and over three decades in residential construction, I bring a unique combination of market knowledge and strategic construction insights to help you achieve your real estate goals. 


With experience developing and selling eight owner-builder spec homes and remodeling over 50 residences, I leverage my construction background to expertly prepare homes for sale, ensuring the right level of investment to maximize your property's appeal and return. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Nelly, and spending quality time together with my children, Kiana and Kohl—all of whom are engaged in specialized residential & commercial development. I am also an active member of local and national real estate organizations and a dedicated supporter of various charitable causes. 


I’m dedicated to health and fitness, regularly competing in local 10Ks, completing a double century cycling event, and have been racing motocross since I was 19.
